OVERVIEW

VIA 57 West offers over 800,00 square feet including 709 uniquely designed luxury apartments on the West side of Manhattan. With its distinct pyramid silhouette, this one of a kind residential structure presented a modern take on the Heating, Cooling and Ventilating systems. The renowned Bjarke Ingels Group rare concept enabled our Mechanical Team to develop new creative models to provide comfort to the unconventional spaces.  The Chiller Plant, Boiler Room as well as miles of piping and radiant flooring are just some of the responsibilities executed by JDP Mechanical Inc. since the skyscraper’s inception in 2014. It is with great privilege to be a part of an operation that has refined the New York City Skyline.
