At JDP, we believe that every person has the ability to make a difference.
Whether it's a small act of kindness or a financial contribution to a good cause, every action makes a difference. A core part of the JDP ethos is giving back to the community and helping those in need. Below are just some of the organizations that we value and support.
Light the Night Walk for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
Each year JDP participates in Peter Manos Jr.'s local chapter of Light the Night Walk in honor of his oldest son, Peter J. Manos, who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in 2005 at the age of 12. Peter has been in remission since late 2005, with his chemotherapy treatment coming to an end in 2007.
JDP participates in this event both to build team spirit and to rally around a cause that hits very close to home.
Peter J. Manos’ team “The Warriors” was the top raising team on the East Coast from 2006-2016, as well as an executive sponsor for the Westchester Light the Night Walk.
