OVERVIEW
Originally constructed in 1957, this 40 story building hosts multiple clients in its 1.5 million square feet of space. With plans for a massive renovation, including all core HVAC systems as well as exterior façade, we are looking forward to assisting in these efforts. JDP will be responsible for an array of scope including Fuel Oil relocation, refurbishing Cooling Tower piping and vertical riser packaging.
