Peter J. Manos
Peter A. Manos started his career at JDP Mechanical when he was just 13. Working as a service technician's assistant, his main job was to swap out dirty filters on commercial A/C units. By 1991 he had worked his way through the ranks to take on a management position, and in 1998 Peter took over the CEO/ President position from his father.
Peter has managed large-scale HVAC installation projects in some of New York’s most iconic buildings, including, Madison Square Garden, Kings County Hospital, Shea Stadium, The Empire State Building, 270 Park Avenue, and 4 Times Square -- to name just a few. Peter is also on the board of the Mechanical Contractors Association.
Peter, his wife (of 27 years) and their 4 children still call Pelham Manor, NY home.
In his spare time, Peter enjoys playing hockey and golf and is a dedicated, season ticket-holding, NY Rangers fan! Peter is also a passionate giver to over 1,000 different charities and has built the spirit of helping those in need into the culture of JDP.
