NY Presbyterian Hospital

Hospital

OVERVIEW

The New York Presbyterian Hospital project at 68th Street is a new construction site that required a full, mechanical-hydronic build out.

For this new construction project, JDP Mechanical provided the complete workforce to develop and install hot water, chilled water, and condenser water systems as well as cooling towers, air handlers and steam PRV stations.

The project required us to connect to an existing steam line across York Avenue. JDP Mechanical designed a system that utilized underground tunnels that had previously been constructed and custom fabricated hangers and guides in order to route the pipe through such a small, tight space.
